- 1 / 5By Trina BarnesAWFUL. AWFUL!!! The general manager is a condescending jerk! Paid $175 for a table for 6. He ruined my daughters 21st birthday. We drove from San Diego to have this experience and it was the worst birthday ever. He looked like he was high, refused to give us a refund after not having enough seating for our small party. Why anyone would hire this guy to manage a bar is beyond me! His customer service skills are atrocious! Our evening was based around this place, NEVER AGAIN! Even the sheriff deputies were perplexed at this guy! Yes the sheriffs became involved because he refused to properly accommodate our party, and refused to refund our payment even though we received nothing for the $175 cover charge! Nasty attitude unless you are dressed like a skank! Our jump the line passes were out of the question and we were told to wait, even though corporate instructed me to not wait in the line! What a joke, shame on all of you!!!August 26, 2016
